MOLLYBOX Pet Collection | CRISPSTAY

You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Please email us before returning any items. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with no pet hair, odour, stains, or damage. All parts, labels, and accessories must be included, and the original packaging must remain intact so the item is suitable for resale.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund will be issued within 7–15 working days upon approval. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Sale and discounted items are not automatically final sale and eligible products follow the same 15-day free-return policy. For hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned after the hygiene seal has been broken unless they are faulty. Used, damaged or non-resalable products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All products currently available to purchase are sold on a pre-order basis. We aim to deliver your order within 15 calendar days of order confirmation. We will email you when the order is dispatched and provide tracking where available. If we cannot deliver within 15 calendar days, we will contact you and you may cancel any undelivered items for a full refund.

UK Standard delivery starts from £ 4.99 and is free on orders of £50 or more. UK Express costs from £6.99. The final available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
