Pre-order delivery

All products currently available to purchase are sold on a pre-order basis. We aim to deliver your order within 15 calendar days of order confirmation.

We will email you when your order is dispatched and provide tracking where available. Items from the same order may arrive separately.

If we cannot deliver within 15 calendar days, we will contact you. You may choose to wait or cancel any undelivered items for a full refund to the original payment method.

UK delivery charges

UK Standard delivery starts from £ 4.99 and is free on orders of £50 or more. UK Express costs from £6.99. The final available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Delays, loss or damage
