Delivery & Returns

Pre-order delivery

All products currently available to purchase are sold on a pre-order basis. We aim to deliver your order within 15 calendar days of order confirmation.

We will email you when the order is dispatched and provide tracking where available. If we cannot deliver within 15 calendar days, we will contact you and you may cancel any undelivered items for a full refund.

Delivery charges

UK Standard: £4.99, or free when the order total is £50 or more.
UK Express: £6.99 where available at checkout.

15-day free returns

You may request a free return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Email bsxiang1999@gmail.com before returning anything and include your name, order number and reason for return.

The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with no pet hair, odour, stains or damage. All parts, labels and accessories must be included, and the original packaging must be intact so the item remains suitable for resale.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid UK return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned after the hygiene seal has been broken unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the funds.
