Orders and delivery

Are all products available for pre-order?

Yes. During our soft-launch period, every product currently available to purchase is sold on a pre-order basis.

When will I get my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 15 calendar days of order confirmation. We will email you when the order is dispatched and provide tracking where available. If we cannot deliver within 15 calendar days, we will contact you and you may cancel any undelivered items for a full refund.

How much does shipping cost?

UK Standard: £4.99, or free when the order total is £50 or more.
UK Express: £6.99 where available at checkout.

Returns and refunds

What is the return policy?

You may request a free return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Email bsxiang1999@gmail.com before returning anything. The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with no pet hair, odour, stains or damage. All parts, labels and accessories must be included, and the original packaging must be intact so the item remains suitable for resale.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid UK return label and instructions. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if handling has reduced its value.

Are any purchases final sale?

Sale and discounted items are not automatically final sale. For hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned after the hygiene seal has been broken unless they are faulty. Used, damaged or non-resalable products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the funds.

Where are your products manufactured?

veryrarepaws is an independent UK retailer, not the manufacturer. We source products from third-party pet brands, and many items are manufactured in China. The country of manufacture can vary by product. Brand and origin information is shown on the product page when available. A brand reference does not imply an official partnership unless this is expressly stated.
